About the Vice President for Finance
Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas, seeks an innovative and experienced financial administrator and leader with a proven track record in the management of financial systems to serve as Vice President for Finance. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President for Finance (VPF) serves as chief financial officer of the College. The VPF will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the College’s finance and accounting functions, business services and auxiliary enterprises, human resources, facilities and physical plant operation, and information technology.
As a member of the President’s Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President for Finance will support the President and will contribute to the strategic objectives and direction of the College by providing sound and ethical fiscal planning and financial management to ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the College.
