Meet LifeLight Communications
While on a mission’s trip to Mexico in 1998, God grabbed the hearts of Alan and Vicki Greene with the mission of “Taking the Church outside the walls.” LifeLight exists to bring people together across denominational lines, to reach out to our communities and beyond with the message of hope and the love of Jesus Christ. We are missionaries and base our work from Acts 1:8, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” We facilitate events, mission trips, Youth Center and Training Center by partnering with local churches, businesses and other ministries. We believe everything should be done with excellence for the Lord. Our founding principle is to offer all events/Youth Center FREE of admission so that All may come, and All may freely hear the Gospel message of Jesus Christ!
• Every Lifelight event and the LifeLight Youth Center is FREE to the public and is done by faith, and yet is still able to maintain top-quality production and event.
• LifeLight reaches and attracts multi-generations who gather together in the name of Jesus.
• Lifelight involves many church denominations, working together in unity based on the truth of God’s Word and the essentials of the Gospel.
We view ourselves as missionaries, and base our work from Acts 1:8, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” We exist to proclaim the Gospel through music and the message. What started out as a festival on a church lawn has now grown into an international ministry involving many who have a heart to reach people with the Gospel. In John 8:12 Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the Light of Life.” From this verse the LifeLight ministry was born.
About the Development Director
The Financial Development Director’s (FDD) primary role consists of raising capital and fostering relationships with new or existing major donors. This is best accomplished by uniting the direction of the ministry with the individual sponsor’s interest. FDD will oversee the Development Team and any individual(s) that may have regular correspondence with a sponsor of any kind. In general, the FDD will be the primary connection between the Development Team and the other ministry staff members. It is the FDD’s role to stay current on any changes related to ministry events, fundraising needs or opportunities set forth in the annual budget and communicate that to the CEO. FDD will also oversee the development of marketing materials specifically associated with fundraising.

The Development Director’s responsibilities include:
Raising capital and fostering relationships with donors
Development Team Supervision
Oversight of Fundraising Marketing Plans
Ministry Event Responsibilities
Festival Responsibilities
As with all LifeLight Director’s, the FDD Director will be expected to attend weekly Director’s meetings and be involved in overall ministry decisions as a team with the other Directors.
