Meet Movement Church
Movement Church exists to raise up a movement of people who live their lives surrendered to God, in pursuit of his presence, while reaching those who are far from God wherever they go. Through creativity, communications, music, arts, and media, Movement Church strives to communicate the gospel in relevant ways that help people understand the truths of the Bible in 2026. Located in a town of just over 45,000 people Movement church has moved from a small town church to a community church that has as positive reputation in the community. Over the past 13 years, the church has hosted just over 1600 first-time guests and has seen over 1000 salvations. About the Director of Experience and Marketing
The Director of Experience & Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, leading, and executing all church experiences, production, media, and communications at Movement Church. This role exists to translate vision into clear systems, healthy teams, and Spirit-led environments that help people encounter Jesus in meaningful ways, both in person and online. Partnering closely with the Lead Pastor, this position provides strategic oversight while building strong volunteer cultures, sustainable systems, and consistent excellence across worship experiences and church communications.
