About the Men's Minister

The Men’s Minister at RockPointe Church plays a central role in shepherding and discipling the men of the church, helping them grow in their faith while building a strong, authentic community. This role is deeply relational, focused on connecting men to biblical community through intentional outreach and inreach efforts. From mentoring one-on-one to leading group environments like Bible studies and coffee groups, the Men’s Minister is responsible for creating pathways for men to engage, grow spiritually, and become disciple-makers themselves.

In addition to pastoral care, the Men’s Minister provides strategic leadership by overseeing programming, events, and ministry direction. This includes leading key initiatives such as Men’s Night, developing leaders, managing ministry operations, and collaborating with other church staff to support the broader mission. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong theological foundation, a heart for discipleship, and the ability to teach, lead, and connect with men across all stages of life—all while modeling the values and mission of RockPointe Church.
