Meet 360 Church

Founded in 2006 by eight people in a living room, 360 Church was built on a dream to emphasize multi-generational disciple-making at a one-to-one level. The church is elder-guided and staff-led, prioritizing relationship-building over program overload, and has operated debt-free since day one. The church uses a unique, custom-built one-on-one discipleship tool called SmallCircle, currently used via an app in over 140 countries worldwide.

About the Lead Pastor

The Lead Pastor at 360 Church serves as the primary spiritual and organizational leader, responsible for shepherding the congregation and prayerfully shaping the church's strategic direction. Serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors and President of the Corporation, the Lead Pastor operates within an Elder-guided and staff-led structure. Core responsibilities include delivering the bulk of dynamic, authoritative preaching on Sunday mornings, overseeing and evaluating the executive staff, and casting a compelling vision for the church's future. Crucially, the Lead Pastor is expected to personally model and champion the church's foundational commitment to one-to-one relational discipleship through the "SmallCircle" tools, actively equipping and mobilizing the congregation to replicate this disciple-making culture both locally and globally.

  • Provide spiritual and organizational leadership by guiding the staff and prayerfully shaping the church's direction.
  • Carry the bulk of preaching on Sunday mornings, while equipping and empowering staff to grow in their teaching roles.
  • Model and champion the SmallCircle disciple-making tools and mobilize the church in relational disciple-making.

  • Collaborate regularly with the Elder Board, offering updates on spiritual health, operations, and vision.
